1. What is your price range for baseball caps? Do you offer bulk discounts?

Our baseball cap pricing varies based on materials, techniques, and customization needs.
Budget-Friendly: Poly-cotton blend, no customization, ideal for promotions (USD 0.8-1.2).
Mid-Range: Pure cotton with breathable mesh lining (USD 1.2-1.4).
High-end: organic cotton or performance fabric, with higher texture and fashion sense, unit price (USD1.4-1.8).
The price range of custom models (including logo or pattern) is USD1.4-1.8, depending on the complexity of the process (embroidery, screen printing/heat transfer printing).
Discounts: 1,000-5,000 pieces: 3%discount.
5,000+ pieces: Up to 5%-8% discount (requires 30-day advance confirmation).
We offer free cost optimization advice, such as recommending cost-effective techniques or materials, to help you stay within budget.

2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Do you accept small trial orders?

Our MOQ for standard baseball caps is 500 pieces, and for custom orders (with logo/design), it is 1000 pieces to ensure production efficiency and cost control.
Trial orders are produced within 7-10 working days for quick market validation. We also offer a “Trial to Bulk” incentive: If you order over 1,000 pieces within 90 days after the trial, the sampling fee will be fully refunded.

3. Can we visit your factory? What are your production capacity and labor practices?

Welcome by appointment! Options for overseas clients:  

- Virtual Tour: Live video showing production lines, QC zones, and warehouses.  

- On-Site Visit: Book 3 days in advance; includes transfers and interpreters.  

Production Capacity:  

- Monthly Output: 80,000 standard + 30,000 custom pieces.  

- Machinery: German Stoll computerized knitting machines (complex jacquard).  

Labor Practices:  

- Training: All workers receive skills and safety training.  

- Benefits: BSCI-compliant wages, insurance, and overtime pay.  

3. What is your customization process?

1. Provide logo vector file (AI/EPS) or HD image (PNG/JPEG, more than 300 dpi).
2. The design team provides digital samples within 48 hours.
3. After confirming the sample, the factory will make samples in 3-5 days and require physical samples.
4. We will send pictures and samples to confirm the products. If the samples are confirmed, they will be put into mass production. If you are not satisfied, you can ask for modification.

5. How do you handle quality issues after delivery?

We offer a 2-month quality guarantee with the following after-sales process:
1. Issue Reporting: Submit clear photos/videos of defects (e.g., loose threads, misprints, wrong sizes) within 7 days of delivery.
2. Liability Assessment:
If caused by production errors, we cover 100% of costs (replacement or refund).
If caused by shipping damage, provide the carrier’s damage report for claim assistance.
3. Solutions:
Replacement: Priority production and expedited shipping (5-10 working days).
Refund: Proportional refund based on defect rate (e.g., 30% refund for 30% defective goods).
4. Prevention: Provide a root-cause analysis report to prevent recurrence.
Notes:
Damage from misuse (e.g., improper washing, alterations) is not covered.
Custom order defects caused by client design errors (e.g., logo color mismatch) are excluded.
