While we do have a dedicated international trade team to support global clients, all key production processes—including knitting, sewing, printing, embroidery, quality control, and packaging—are conducted in-house or through our long-term audited partner factories. This ensures consistent quality, competitive pricing, and fast lead times.
Custom Orders: 18-25 working days (includes design approval & production).
Rush Service: 20% surcharge reduces lead time by 30% (e.g., standard orders in 8-12 days).
We accept various payment methods, including Bank Transfer (T/T), and Western Union. For new customers, we typically require a 30% deposit to confirm the order, with the remaining 70% balance paid before shipment.
For repeat customers, we provide more flexible options, such as Net 30 (payment within 30 days after shipment), depending on order volume and partnership history.
Payments can be made in USD, EUR, GBP, or other major currencies as agreed upon. All transactions are secure, and we provide detailed invoices and payment receipts for your records.
